How long will it take to resolve my case? That depends upon how long it takes you to heal and get better, how long it takes the insurance company to analyze the settlement package that we submit and whether or not your case goes to court. Most of our cases settle out of court, but in some cases it is necessary to file a lawsuit and take your case all the way to a jury trial.
