Anthony Tiller was diagnosed with a serious form of kidney disease, IGA Nephropathy (Berger's disease), a disease which he has been undergoing treatment for the last 10 years. Today, Anthony (husband and father) requires kidney dialysis treatment full time, 24 hours a day. Anthony recently had an appointment at Duke where he is waiting to find out if he will be a candidate for a transplant. Due to the severity of his condition, he has been out of work since November of 2011 and his family is need of support from our community.
The Ruff Riders Poker Run, a fundraiser in honor of Anthony Tiller & family will be held Sunday, July 15, 2012 at Rider's in the Country. Registration begins at 10:00 A.M. and kickstands are up at 12:30 P.M. The Poker Run will stop at Liberty Tavern, Pop a Top and Dirty T's Tavern. The ride will be followed by a cook out at Rider's in the Country.
