Two families were shocked to learn about the murder of a 17-year-old boy in North Carolina.
According to police reports, the victim was riding in a car driven by a 16-year-old boy. The two boys got into a fight for some reason and the driver hit the other boy. He then pushed him out of the car and continued driving, even though the one boy was being dragged along next to the vehicle. The car then crashed into a ditch, instantly killing the second boy.
It is uncertain at this time what caused the fight or why the boy continued to drive. It is known that the teenager was charged with first-degree murder along with other charges.
